Yes, in the edit, for masked staging and color work. It changes personal property and cosmetics only, never what's built into the house. Every staged image carries a label on the image, and the original is kept beside it.

Canopy MLS allows staging of furniture and cosmetics when it's disclosed on the image and the unaltered original sits beside it. We're confirming with Canopy that our on-image label meets its rules. Until that's in writing, staged images appear on the property page and in marketing, not in the MLS photo set.

Yes. Paul is an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Much of South Charlotte sits under Charlotte Douglas's controlled airspace, so every flight is authorized before the shoot. If a location can't be flown legally, it isn't flown.

Every image we alter keeps its original, and you can have it on request. Your address, rooms and people appear only where you approve. We blur neighboring houses and plates, and we never show children.

Anything that misrepresents the property: no structural changes, no removing permanent defects, no fabricated views. Sky and lawn adjustments stay within honest-representation bounds. If an edit would need an asterisk, we don't make it.

Typically 48–72 hours from the shoot for Home Story. The Unveiled Layer is delivered within 3 business days of the visit. Rush turnaround is available as an add-on. Delivery for Estates and Venues is quoted based on size and complexity.

Interiors shoot rain or shine. If the package includes exterior/twilight or drone work and conditions won't do the property justice, we split the shoot and return — no reschedule fee for weather.

The proposed agreement gives you a broad licence to market the agreed property using finished media. Unveiled retains copyright in its original work; portfolio and advertising permission is separately agreed in writing. Third-party restrictions and the signed service agreement govern.

The founding collaboration is available by written quote and offers 10% off one approved Stays or Venues base production package for an early client's first commission, with separately agreed portfolio permission.
