We are building a portfolio with intention. For a considered group of early collaborators, a founding commission pairs a preferred rate with permission to show the work—and the care to make that work worth showing.
Founding commissions are available by written quote, subject to portfolio fit and production capacity. Your quote and agreement confirm scope, eligibility, permission and terms; preparing an inquiry does not reserve a date.
An early collaboration, not a lesser service
The founding benefit is 10% off the approved Stays or Venues base production package for one first commission per business. The deliverables and quality standard stay the same. In return, we agree a specific portfolio-use permission, a practical access schedule and a short feedback conversation after delivery.
No positive review is required. A testimonial is optional, candid and separately approved. We will not fabricate urgency or a countdown; invitations depend on portfolio fit and actual production capacity.

The founding rate is 10% off the first commission, in exchange for written permission to show the work. Discount excludes travel, taxes, access fees, talent, styling, third-party pass-through charges, renewals and the hosted-stay exchange. No stacking.

Our proposed non-exclusive licence lets the commissioning business and its authorized marketing partners use the finished deliverables to market the agreed property: listings, booking platforms, websites, social, property advertising and print. The licence continues after hosting ends, subject to disclosed third-party restrictions. Resale, stock licensing and unrelated third-party campaigns are excluded.
Unveiled retains copyright in the original work it owns, with rights secured from any collaborators. This is not ownership of the property, a guest's likeness, artwork or third-party software. Editable projects, raw captures and copyright buyouts require a separate written agreement.
A separate written portfolio permission identifies the property and approved assets, the channels (including any studio advertising), credits and any launch embargo. We review private information and permissions for recognizable people before use. You may choose standard-rate production without the founding portfolio exchange.

Stays · Selective hosted-stay pilot
A distinctive, guest-ready place. Two agreed off-peak nights. Time to understand the light and the experience, then create a focused new photography gallery.
For selected applicants, we propose exchanging the Stay Starter photography scope for accommodation. There is no production fee for that agreed photo-only scope; it is an exchange of value, not a no-strings-attached giveaway.

Two off-peak nights for the agreed production party, subject to mutual date approval. Record the accommodation and production values in writing; each value is agreed for the specific property. Any imbalance or cash top-up is agreed before confirmation.
Travel, meals, cleaning, taxes, parking and access charges are assigned explicitly—not silently waived or passed on. Confirm who books, cancellation and weather-reschedule terms, insurance and property access. No reservation is made by submitting an inquiry.
Portfolio permission is agreed before the exchange. If we promote or endorse the stay, the hosted relationship is clearly disclosed; there is no promise of a favorable review, audience reach or bookings. The property stays factual, with guest privacy protected.
An exchange can have tax consequences: the IRS generally requires the fair market value received in barter to be included in gross income. FTC guidance calls for clear disclosure of relevant free or discounted benefits in endorsements. Both parties should confirm their own tax treatment and have the agreement reviewed.
